On December 13th, our very own Piperton Officer Matthew Kittrell (right) was awarded the West Tennessee Law Enforcement Network "Speed Enforcement Award" in Jackson, TN for 2016. Presenting the award was Mr. Vic Donoho, Director of the Tennessee Highway Safety Office.
